BRAND VOICE & TONE
I worked with adidas from late 2017 to early 2018 to redevelop internal communications strategies. As a team, we refocused the emphasis on employees as creators, thereby redefining the values and vision for the brand as well as the way they define collective success. We also developed language around the adoption of a 'growth mindset', which allows adidas to clearly communicate expectations to all employees and leadership teams.
